Endpoint Management
Improve device deployment, configuration, inventory, and support across Apple and Windows fleets — plus lifecycle tracking that makes daily IT easier to trust and easier to explain.
McKinney, Texas — Healthcare, Telemedicine & SMB IT
Legacy IT Consulting brings order to endpoint management, Microsoft 365 and Intune, Apple device management, disaster recovery, and everyday IT operations. Each light behind these words is one of the 1,500+ telemedicine devices Don Lamb keeps online — scroll, and watch entropy become order.
Telemetry
The work starts with the operational problems your team feels every week: devices that are hard to track, Microsoft 365 workflows that drift, recovery plans that were never documented, and IT decisions that need senior-level judgment.
The practice
Fewer vague recommendations, more practical next steps — across devices, accounts, vendors, recovery planning, and everyday support operations.
Core services
Improve device deployment, configuration, inventory, and support across Apple and Windows fleets — plus lifecycle tracking that makes daily IT easier to trust and easier to explain.
Practical recovery plans, backup workflow review, critical-system prioritization, and runbooks your team can actually use under pressure — reviewed, tested, and improved over time.
Senior guidance for vendor management, project prioritization, roadmap planning, and technology decisions — without adding a full-time executive role. Decisions leave someone's head and land on paper.
Specialized support
Clean up Apple Business Manager alignment, Automated Device Enrollment, Jamf Pro policies, smart groups, inventory, and documentation — so Apple device management is predictable, auditable, and easy to hand off.
Intune device policy review, Microsoft 365 administration workflows, endpoint compliance basics, security baseline cleanup, and user-and-device lifecycle processes — without the guesswork.
Endpoint and account workflows for clinics, practices, and telemedicine teams — reliability, access clarity, vendor coordination, and support workflows that protect patient-facing operations.
How engagements work
Built for practical momentum — the four stages every engagement moves through, in order.
Review the current environment, tools, documentation, risks, and the operational pain showing up in daily work.
Separate urgent fixes from nice-to-have work, so effort goes toward the items that reduce friction and risk fastest.
Clean up workflows, improve documentation, coordinate vendors, and move the environment toward a stable operating model.
Give leadership clear next steps, practical reporting, and a roadmap that can be maintained after the initial work is done.
Watch the sky
Behind this panel, the constellation has reorganized into primary and recovery sites — the same geometry Don has executed 100+ times with Zerto and Veeam, moving thousands of virtual machines for SEC-compliance testing. A recovery plan is only real once you've watched it run.
Fit
Best for teams that need clarity more than buzzwords.
Teams that need endpoint reliability, access clarity, vendor coordination, and IT workflows that support patient-facing operations.
Organizations that have outgrown informal IT habits and need cleaner documentation, device management, and leadership guidance.
Teams using Jamf, Apple Business Manager, Automated Device Enrollment, or mixed Apple-and-Windows device fleets.
Businesses that need senior IT direction before they're ready to hire a full-time IT director or CIO.
The operator
The first computer Don built was for playing video games. It became his family's first internet connection — and the start of a fifteen-year climb from Tier I helpdesk to director-level leadership, with no degree and no shortcuts.
Along the way: training programs at Bank of America, patch management at Freddie Mac, disaster recovery engineering at Abacus Group, and building the 24/7 clinical support backbone at a national telemedicine provider — a fleet of 1,500+ devices where downtime isn't an inconvenience, it's a patient not seen.
Legacy IT Consulting supports organizations with real systems to manage, real staff depending on them, and too many IT decisions living in someone's head. The work is direct: clean up the environment, document what matters, improve the workflows, and give leadership a clearer path forward.
"A DR plan is only as strong as the team that owns it — and how often it's tested."

Build guide — Constellation × litconsults.com
One file. Zero images. Zero stock assets. This is the "Constellation" concept merged with the complete, real content of litconsults.com — all six services, the four-stage engagement model, the best-fit profiles, and the FAQ, pulled from the live site and recast in a cinematic WebGL identity.
The consultancy manages 1,500+ telemedicine endpoints, so the hero is the fleet: exactly 1,500 particles in Three.js, one per device. As you scroll they morph from a chaotic nebula → an ordered lattice (the value proposition, literally) → twin rings (a live disaster-recovery failover). The 3D isn't decoration; it's the argument.
Every section maps to a page on the production site: the six service cards carry the copy themes of the /services hub and its detail pages; the Assess → Prioritize → Execute → Guide stages come from /about; the FAQ distills the accordion questions from the service pages; contact channels are the real ones. Nothing invented, everything re-lit.
Three.js r128 from CDN · canvas-generated sprite for soft particles · additive blending for glow · per-point lerp morphing driven by scroll · IntersectionObserver reveal choreography · CSS glass panels · SVG feTurbulence film grain · native <details> FAQ (zero-JS accordion). DPR capped at 2, render loop pauses when hidden, prefers-reduced-motion freezes the morph in the ordered lattice.
